With calendars turning to May today, I’m sure that a lot of us had our minds turning to thoughts of summer, the beach, and swimming season! While exciting, May and June also convey a sense of urgency, as some people feel like they need to lose extra weight and fit into the “right” swimsuit. There’s nothing wrong with using that as motivation! Just make sure that if you want to get fit by summer, then you better be doing something about it. If you make each day count and work towards your goal, you can do it :)
Also, do your best to love yourself the way you are! A certain bathing suit doesn’t look perfect on everyone, so don’t worry about not fitting into the right shape. Your body is what makes you unique, and you should be proud of that.
